- Bioinformatics approach in plant genome research: using bioinformatics tools to characterize gene family and predict their expression under biotic/abiotic stresses in plant genome and performing molecular biotechnology to validate these in silico results.

- Proteomics study: studying of peptide sequences and 3D structure of newly found protein family.

- Genome-wide analysis of Respiratory Burst Oxidase Homologs (RBOH) family in Legumes.

- Classification of Polysaccharide Monooxygenases (PMO) family using protein pattern recognition.
